1. Course Tracking & Learning Progress
  • Primary Portal: Always access and track your learning progress directly through the official DTA Portal.
  • Progress Auditing: Course completion metrics and attendance records are pulled directly from your DTA dashboard. Progress completed outside the designated portal pathway will not count toward program milestones.

2. Support Channels & Course InquiriesDepending on the nature of your issue, use the designated channel below:
  • Course Content & Curriculum Questions:
  • Post your questions directly within the dedicated learning community on your assigned platform (Coursera or Pluralsight).
  • If your academic question requires further review, submit it via your cohort's official support email.
  • Technical & Account Issues:
  • For portal access errors, missing modules, or account synchronization issues, submit an entry through the official Support Form.

3. Contacting Your Mentor
  • Mentor Communications: All mentor-fellow interactions must take place exclusively through the DTA Platform.
  • Direct Outreach: Do not contact mentors via personal phone calls, WhatsApp messages, or external social channels.

4. Cohort Membership & Eligibility
  • Active Fellows Only: Official communication channels and groups are reserved exclusively for fellows accepted into the DTA track.
  • Unenrolled Members: Anyone who did not receive an official acceptance into the current DTA cohort should exit the group to keep the communication channel focused.

5. Community Guidelines (WhatsApp & Group Chats)To maintain a focused and professional learning space, all fellows must strictly follow these rules:
  • Strictly Program-Focused: Share only official DTA program matters. Do not post unsolicited job boards, external opportunities, or promotions.
  • Professional Communication: Profanity, derogatory language, harassment, and abusive remarks are strictly prohibited.
  • No Unsolicited DMs or Calls: Do not send direct messages (DMs), place private calls, or spam group admins, mentors, or peers without prior authorization.
  • Media Restrictions: Do not send voice notes (VNs) or unapproved video/image forwards; keep text queries clear, concise, and searchable.
  • Security & Link Sharing: Do not post third-party links, suspicious URLs, or unverified announcements.

Enforcement: Failure to adhere to group rules will result in immediate removal from communication channels and may lead to a review of your fellowship status.
