• Part 1: Before 3MTT
• Describe your background. What was your career or educational path before joining the program?
• What were the challenges or limitations you faced?
• What were your aspirations in the tech world?

• Part 2: After 3MTT
• What specific skills did you learn (e.g., Software Development, Data Analysis, UI/UX Design)?
• How has the program transformed you? Share a specific project you built, a problem you can now solve, or a new way of thinking you've adopted.
• What is the most significant impact 3MTT has had on your life? (e.g., secured a new job, started a freelance career, developed a new product, gained confidence to pursue a new path).
• What are your future goals, and how did 3MTT prepare you to achieve them?

1. Craft Your Story: Record and post a 2 minutes max video of your "before and after" story and post on your social media handle (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok).  Be creative and authentic!

1. Publish Your Entry: Post your story on your preferred social media platform (X, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok or Instagram).

1. Drive Engagement: Share your post with your network! The story with the highest quality, authenticity and engagement (likes, shares, comments) will be a key factor in winning the grand prize.

• Grand Prize Winners (10): 10 fellows with the most compelling and highest-engaging stories will receive;

• National recognitions from the Honourable Minister of Communications, Innovation & Digital Economy
• A Laptop  each.

• Top Winners (200): 200 of the most inspiring stories will each win a brand-new Tablet to support their continued learning and career growth.

• Runner-Ups (1,000): 1,000 additional participants will receive 10GB of data to fuel their digital journey.
