1. The Laptops Are Refurbished and Functional

2. What to Do If Your Laptop Has Issues

🔹 Report the issue within 7 days of collection.
🔹 Return the laptop to the Post Office where you collected it.
🔹 Formally request a replacement by sending a written letter to:

📌 Replacement Timeline:
If the issue is verified, a replacement will be processed within two months from the date of return.

3. No Cash Alternative

The laptops are a non-monetary reward and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes.
