Last Update há 2 meses
In the 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) program, your Community Manager (CM) is your first line of support. They ensure you stay on track, get help when needed, and make the most of your learning journey. Alongside state-based communities, CMs create a strong support system for every fellow.
Community Managers are assigned to each state to:
✅ Guide and support fellows through the learning process.
✅ Provide updates on program activities, deadlines, and events.
✅ Resolve issues related to learning progress, participation, and engagement.
✅ Connect fellows with resources, mentors, and job opportunities.
Your CM ensures that you:
📌 Understand program expectations and complete learning milestones.
📌 Have access to help through P2P groups, ALCs, and online communities.
📌 Stay engaged with weekly check-ins, workshops, and networking events.
📌 Overcome challenges by directing you to the right support channels.
Each state has an official 3MTT community where fellows can:
🤝 Connect with peers in the same location.
📢 Participate in local meetups and peer learning activities.
🎯 Get mentorship and career insights from industry experts.
