Getting assigned to a 3MTT INTERNSHIP

Dear Fellow

As a 3MTT Fellow, there are different pathways to be assigned to an organization for internships, we will highlight a few below:

Direct Matching: Here, a member of the 3MTT Placement Team compiles a list of Fellows that fit the criteria set by the placement organization on the job placement expression of interest form. Fellows who are assigned via this pathway will undergo the usual recruitment process of the organization and will be compensated by the organization.

Job Boards and Application Tracking Software (ATS): Vacancies are listed on select job boards and ATS platforms and fellows are invited to apply. The list of interested fellows who put in their applications will be shared with the various organizations for onward review. Selected candidates who complete the recruitment process successfully will be compensated by the organization.

Partnerships: Through various partners such as the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), organizations can host fellows who have been selected to be a part of Nigeria Jubilee Fellowship Program (NJFP). Here selected 3MTT fellows are matched with organizations for a period of 12 months while being paid a monthly stipend by the program. The NJFP have very specific and strict criteria, and only 3MTT fellows who qualify are eligible.
