1. Can you get an internship while serving?  Yes, you can. Internships are open to all enrolled 3MTT fellows. However, for certain internships, especially those implemented through a partner, like UNDP, specific criteria must be met by the fellow as described by the partner.
2. Is the internship for everyone? Internships are for all 3MTT Fellows. It is worth noting that being matched with a host organization doesn't guarantee automatic internship placement; you'll still need to undergo the standard recruitment process of the placement organization.
3. Is it specifically for graduates? All 3MTT fellows qualify for internships regardless of their educational qualifications and background. However, internship rollout may depend on the implementing partner and their selection criteria.
4. Can someone with a secondary school certificate fill out the placement expression of interest form? Yes, all educational backgrounds are welcome.
5. What are the criteria for selection? Be enrolled in a 3MTT course.
6. I got an update form but need help locating my fellow ID. The dashboard has issues and in the selected fellows' list, I can’t locate my fellow ID, how do I get it easily? The platform is currently being worked on at the moment, you can input your name in place of the Fellow ID as we will still validate all received submissions to ensure that only 3MTT Fellows are being placed.
7. I am a final year undergraduate and I don’t know my graduation date yet. Should I fill SSCE as my highest level of education? Yes, as it is currently your highest level of qualification.
8. I received an email about a job placement for a role that is not my skills area, will I miss this opportunity to be matched? Kindly ignore the advert if the role is not related to your skill level.
9. Since I have no prior work experience, what should I include in my CV?CVs are a requirement and can contain volunteer work experience if any, as well as information on educational background and extracurricular activities.
10. I didn't get the NJFP email, does that mean I don't qualify for an internship from 3MTT? All 3MTT Fellows qualify for internships. However, NJFP has specific requirements which must be met before fellows are selected for NJFP internships. To know more about the NJFB fellowship, read here (https://www.njfp.ng/). 11. Will I get paid if I get placed in an internship through 3MTT? Placement Organizations are encouraged to pay a monthly stipend/salary to all hired fellows. However, the placement organization determines the payment structure and amount.
12. Am I exempted if I’ve been a beneficiary of NJFP? Yes, fellows who have multiple placement opportunities should pick one
13. Am I restricted to a location? One of the criteria for successful placement is location - the fellow must be located within the same state as the placement organization. However, allowances exist for fully remote work where fellows can be matched regardless of their location.
14. Do I have to relocate? We strive to match 3MTT Fellows with placement organizations located within the same state thus, relocation is not mandatory.
