Welcome, Future Tech Talent! This guide will walk you through the simple steps to register, access your dashboard, and start your journey in the 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) NextGen Fellowship, a special initiative in partnership with Airtel Nigeria.

The first step is to register on the official 3MTT portal and apply for the specific NextGen Fellowship cohort.

1. Open your web browser and navigate to the official 3MTT application portal: http://nextgen.3mttnigeria.com

Input your NIN/BVN Details for Verification.

Step 2: Create Your Account

1. Provide your Email Address and Phone Number.

2. You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via your email or phone number. Enter this to verify your account.

3. Once verified, you will be prompted to create a secure Password.

• Personal Information: Full Name, Date of Birth, Gender, State of Residence.

• Educational Background: (Optional, but recommended)

• Course Selection: Choose your preferred tech skills (e.g., Software Development, Data Analysis, UI/UX Design).

• Biodata: Add links to your professional profiles like LinkedIn (if available).

3.Review all details, agree to the terms, and submit the form.

📌 Important Note: Upon submission, your unique 3MTT Fellow ID (e.g., Fe/XXXXX) will be generated, and your status will be set to "Under Review."

1. After completing your profile, you will be directed to or prompted to take an Entry Assessment (Take the Raisec Assessment).

2. This assessment helps you understand your current skill level and readiness for your selected learning track.

Your dashboard is your central hub for all program activities, resources, and updates.

1. Return to the main portal: https://app.3mtt.training/

2. Click "Login" and enter your registered Email Address and Password.

• Status Update: Check your current application status (e.g., "Under Review,", ‘Application Completed’’).

Your journey doesn't end with registration. Here is your roadmap while waiting for the cohort selection announcement.

• Access Foundational Courses: Go to your My Courses page on the dashboard and start the self-paced learning modules. This familiarizes you with basic concepts and shows your commitment.

• Monitor Your Email & Dashboard: All official communication, including the announcement of the NextGen Fellowship Cohort selection, will be sent to your registered email address and displayed on your dashboard.
