🛠️ Guide 10: Troubleshooting Common Dashboard Errors

Issue 1: "Credit Exhausted" Error message on the screen
  • What it means: This is a system-side subscription token reset notice regarding the AI engine responsible for automated non-lab grading.

  • What to do: It is not a fault on your end. Do not keep spamming submissions. Kindly take a screenshot and message Support so the operations team can refresh the platform license backend.

Issue 2: Getting a Constant "0/100" or "40/100" Failing Grade
  • What it means: The grading scripts are highly specific and rigid. If you miss a tiny file path, name your folder incorrectly, or fail to hit specific grading metrics, you will fail the check.

  • How to check your mistakes: On your grading panel dashboard, look for the Evaluation Results and click to Expand the criteria breakdown. The system will list every point line-by-line (e.g., "Verifying if file name_guessing.py exists") and display a green "Pass" or red "Fail" next to it. Read the text description feedback to see exactly what you missed, modify your work, save, and retry.

Issue 3: "Maximum 20 submissions allowed per cohort" Portal Block
  • What it means: The dashboard caps individual project re-submissions to 20 attempts to protect database memory from spamming.

  • What to do: If you are blocked by this limit, please take a clear screenshot of the page showing the block and drop it in the support group chat. Support will pass it along to the administrator to manually open up an override window for you.
