📁 Guide 3: How to Submit Non-Lab Projects

Applicable to tracks that require external assets like UI/UX, 3D Animation, and general file/link uploads.


Option A: Standard File Uploads (e.g., UI/UX Track)
  1. Go to your project step page and read the brief provided by your instructor. 

  2. Click on the File Upload option. 

  3. Click to browse and select the correct project file from your local computer. 

  4. Click the Upload button to attach it. 

  5. Check the confirmation box, and then click Submit for Evaluation to send it to the AI grader. 

Option B: GitHub Repository Submissions
  1. Ensure your codebase or repository on GitHub is set to Public, not private. If it is set to private, our grading AI cannot access it and you will receive a 0/100 score. 

  2. Copy the full repository URL from your browser's address bar (it must start explicitly with(https://github.com/)  

  3. Paste the URL link into the GitHub submission input field on your dashboard and click Add Repo

  4. Click Submit for AI Evaluation

Option C: Video Deliverables (e.g., 3D Animation Track)
  1. No Direct Uploads: Do not attempt to upload raw video files directly to the portal database, as large video assets are rejected by the system. 

  2. First, upload your completed project video to a public hosting platform like YouTube or Google Drive

  3. Make sure the video visibility settings are configured as Public or Anyone with the link can view

  4. Copy the shared link, paste it into the video submission URL input bar on your dashboard, and click Add Video

  5. Select Submit for AI Evaluation
